Comprehensive healthcare programs

An established system of medical prevention, consultancy and reconditioning can have a positive influence on company employees’ condition of health, and in doing so contribute to increasing their efficiency and improving the company’s effectiveness and results. Premium deluxe healthcare for employees, which goes above and beyond the framework of standard “healthcare”, therefore definitely pays for itself in the long-term.

The Health Plus Program has prepared three special healthcare programs for companies (Garnet, Sapphire and Diamond) with varying ranges of standard and premium medical services. It is therefore possible to select different programs for the company’s top management and for its more regular employees.

Our services for companies include expert consultancy on healthcare matters, which we organise in accordance with the needs of the employer in relation to the given work and requirements (lectures by specialists in internal medicine, a physiotherapist, ophthalmologist, dermatologist, etc.).

Garnet
  • The mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services under one roof with minimum loss of time.
  • Services of a receptionist and on-call physicians provided by telephone 24 hours a day, email service – organisation of all care and answers to any questions, the mediation of contact with other healthcare facilities.
  • Services in foreign languages – translation (in English, German and Russian) in association with the services stated in the aforementioned points. 
  • Fully digitised maintenance of comprehensive documentation which is accessible to all the attending physicians and to the patient
  • No additional payments for care which is paid for by health insurance companies
  • Significant discounts on healthcare which is not paid for by health insurance companies 
  • Medical call-outs within the territory of the capital city for 5,000 CZK, including VAT. This does not replace the ambulance service
  • We provide an institutional emergency service at  Na Homolce Hospital Organisation of comprehensive entrance check-ups and the monitoring of regular preventive examinations 
  • Provision of prescriptions for long-term medication at reception (on workdays)
  • Organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the the attending physician’s instructions  
  • Hospitalisation at Na Homolce Hospital or other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • Reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance according to the client’s requirements, regular visits by the receptionist during hospitalisation  
  • Supplementary vaccinations, in which the participant pays for the vaccine, including vaccinations for clients travelling abroad 
Sapphire
  • Mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services all in one place with minimum loss of time
  • Services of a receptionist and on-call physicians provided by telephone 24-hours a day, an email service – the organisation of all care and answers to any questions, the mediation of contact with other healthcare facilities  
  • Care of a personal physician – continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition, including at other healthcare facilities, and visits by a the personal physician during hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital. Individual and continual monitoring of the treatment process within the framework of the Health Plus Program Polyclinic and at cooperating providers of outpatient and hospital care.
  • Services in foreign languages – translation (in English, German and Russian) in association with the services stated in the aforementioned points 
  • Provision of excerpts from the medical documentation in English and German free of charge
  • Fully digitised maintenance of comprehensive documentation which is accessible to all the attending physicians and to the patient
  • No additional payments for care paid for by health insurance companies
  • Significant discounts on healthcare not paid for by health insurance companies 
  • In the case of a required doctor call-out, 6 call-outs annually within the territory of the capital city free of charge otherwise for 5,000 CZK including VAT. This does not replace the ambulance service
  • We provide an institutional emergency service at the Na Homolce Hospital
  • Provision of an international healthcare assistance service when travelling abroad
  • Delivery of long-term medication within the territory of the capital city Prague at the request of the client (on workdays)
  • Discounts and full payment for medicines, healthcare aids and other medical treatments which are not covered by the health insurance company and which we consider to be of benefit to the client
  • Organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the attending physician’s instructions  
  • Hospitalisation at Na Homolce Hospital or at other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • Reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance as required, regular visits by the receptionist during the period of hospitalisation 
  • Hospitalisation in a non-standard room in hospitals throughout the entire Czech Republic free of charge (5 days a year)
  • Extended vaccinations for the Czech Republic (treatment and vaccination free of charge), the compilation of a vaccination plan when the program participant  travels abroad
  • Offer of 4 therapies from a physiotherapist for ½ a year free of charge
  • Offer of free genetic testing
  • Consultancy in the area of dietology and a healthy diet  
  • Parking in the clinic’s own car park, parking at the Na Homolce Hospital within the framework of outpatient treatment 
  • Program Garnet for family member for 3 months with 50% discount from the price of the program (1x a year)
Diamond
  • Fully individualised 24-hour care secured by a special team (chief physician, nurse and receptionist) provided to only a limited number of Diamond program clients
  • Mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services under one roof with minimum loss of time
  • Care of a personal physician (the personal physician for the Diamond program is the clinic’s chief physician) – continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition, including at other healthcare facilities, and visits by a personal physician during hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital. Individual and continual monitoring of the treatment process within the framework of the Health Plus Program Polyclinic and at cooperating providers of outpatient and hospital care.

  • Organisation of extended entrance and regular annual preventative examinations by the chief physician according to the program participant’s condition and risk factors in relation to continuous  monitoring of the latest knowledge acquired during the analysis of the genetic tests
  • Delivery of long-term medication with the territory of the capital city Prague at the request of the client (on workdays)
  • Discounts and full settlement of medicines, healthcare devices and other medical treatment which is not covered by the health insurance company and which we consider to be of benefit to the client
  • Organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the attending physician’s instructions
  • Hospitalisation at Na Homolce Hospital or at other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • Reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance according to the client’s requirements, regular visits by the receptionist during the period of hospitalisation 
  • Hospitalisation in a non-standard room in hospitals throughout the entire Czech Republic free of charge (10 days a year)
  • Extended vaccination, vaccination when the program participant travels abroad or if otherwise necessary (the treatment and vaccination free of charge)
  • Offer of 8 therapies from a physiotherapist for ½ a year free of charge
  • Basic dental hygiene treatment 1x per year free of charge
  • The offer of free genetic testing (annual updates based on the latest medical research)
  • Consultancy in the area of dietology and a healthy diet
  • Parking in the clinic’s own car park, parking at Na Homolce Hospital within the framework of outpatient treatment 
  • A voucher for Garnet Program services for 3 months for a family member (1x a year)
  • One-off examination of a family member in acute cases
