We keep fully digitised medical records on our clients, which they have constant access to, so that they have a current overview of their state of health, their check-up dates and the results of any examinations. In addition, we also secure translations of medical records into other languages for our foreign clients.
Our call centre with experienced, multilingual receptionists, who coordinate all of our clients’ needs and requirements in association with their condition of health, is available 24 hours a day in order to provide continuous medical care. Clients can arrange a telephone consultation with the on-duty doctor, an emergency examination, a house call by the doctor or a transfer to a hospital.
