Comprehensive healthcare for adults

A visit to the doctor’s is often not a pleasant experience. It may be associated with a long wait in the waiting room, an impersonal approach on the part of the doctor or care which does not overly cater to the individual. The Health Plus Program prides itself on the fact that it provides clients with the very thing that is missing at regular healthcare facilities, namely top flight, fully comprehensive and individually focussed medical care in a comfortable environment and without any unnecessary time delays.

Our private polyclinic provides clients with a wide spectrum of healthcare services in all the key medical fields. Our services range from precisely targeted prevention through to excellent outpatient care and on to the arrangement of hospitalisation and rehabilitation. The medical care is provided by an excellent team of specialists and each of our clients has his or her own personal physician.

We keep fully digitalised medical records on our clients, which they have constant access to, so that they have a current overview of their state of health, their check-up dates and the results of any examinations. In addition, we also secure translations of medical records into other languages for our foreign clients. 

Our call centre with experienced, multilingual receptionists, who coordinate all of our clients’ needs and requirements in association with their state of health, is available non-stop in order to provide continuous medical care. They can arrange a telephone consultation with the on-duty doctor, an emergency examination, a house call by the doctor or a transfer to a hospital.

Garnet

  • The mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services all in one place with minimum loss of time
  • The services of a receptionist and on-call physicians provided by telephone 24-hours a day, an email service – the organisation of all care and answers to any questions, the mediation of contact with other healthcare facilities  
  • Services in foreign languages – translation (in English, German and Russian) in association with the services stated in the aforementioned points 
  • The fully digitalised maintenance of comprehensive documentation which is accessible to all the attending physicians and to the patient
  • No additional payments for care which is paid for by the health insurance companies
  • Significant discounts on healthcare which is not paid for by the health insurance companies 
  • Medical call-outs within the territory of the capital city for 5,000 CZK, including VAT. This does not replace the ambulance service
  • We provide an institutional emergency service at the Na Homolce Hospital 
  • The organisation of comprehensive entrance check-ups and the monitoring of regular preventative examinations 
  • The provision of prescriptions for long-term medication at reception (on workdays)
  • The organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the attending physician’s instructions  
  • Hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital or at other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • A reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance according to the client’s requirements, regular visits by the receptionist during hospitalisation  
  • Supplementary vaccinations, where the participant pays for the vaccine, including vaccinations for clients travelling abroad 
Sapphire

  • The mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services all in one place with minimum loss of time
  • The services of a receptionist and on-call physicians provided by telephone 24-hours a day, an email service – the organisation of all care and answers to any questions, the mediation of contact with other healthcare facilities  
  • The care of a personal physician – continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition, including at other healthcare facilities, and visits by the personal physician during hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital. The individual and continual monitoring of the treatment process within the framework of the Health Plus Program Polyclinic and at cooperating providers of outpatient and hospital care.
  • Services in foreign languages – translation (in English, German and Russian) in association with the services stated in the aforementioned points 
  • The provision of extracts from the medical documentation in English and German free of charge
  • The fully digitalised maintenance of comprehensive documentation which is accessible to all the attending physicians and to the patient
  • No additional payments for care paid for by health insurance companies
  • Significant discounts on healthcare not paid for by health insurance companies 
  • In the case of a required doctor call-out, 6 call-outs annually within the territory of the capital city free of charge otherwise for 5,000 CZK including VAT. This does not replace the ambulance service
  • We provide an institutional emergency service at the Na Homolce Hospital
  • The provision of an international healthcare assistance service when travelling abroad
  • The delivery of long-term medication within the territory of the capital city Prague at the request of the client (on workdays)
  • Discounts and the full payment for medicines, healthcare aids and other medical treatments which are not covered by the health insurance company and which we consider to be of benefit to the client
  • The organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the attending physician’s instructions  
  • Hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital or at other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • A reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance as required, regular visits by the receptionist during the period of hospitalisation 
  • Hospitalisation in a non-standard room in hospitals throughout the entire Czech Republic free of charge (5 days a year)
  • Extended vaccinations for the Czech Republic (the treatment and vaccination free of charge), the compilation of a vaccination plan when the program participant  travels abroad
  • The offer of 4 therapies from a physiotherapist for ½ a year free of charge
  • The offer of free genetic testing
  • Consultancy in the area of dietology and a healthy diet  
  • Parking in the polyclinic’s own car park, parking at the Na Homolce Hospital within the framework of outpatient treatment 
  • Program Garnet for family member for 3 months with 50% discount from the price of the program (1x a year)
Diamond

  • Fully individualised 24-hour care secured by a special team (the chief physician, nurse and receptionist) provided to only a limited number of Diamond program clients
  • The mediation and organisation of comprehensive healthcare services all in one place with minimum loss of time
  • The care of a personal physician (the personal physician for the Diamond program is the clinic’s chief physician) – continuous monitoring of the patient’s condition, including at other healthcare facilities, and visits by the personal physician during hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital. The individual and continual monitoring of the treatment process within the framework of the Health Plus Program Polyclinic and at cooperating providers of outpatient and hospital care.
  • Services in foreign languages – translation (in English, German and Russian) in association with the services stated in the aforementioned points

  • The delivery of long-term medication with the territory of the capital city Prague at the request of the client (on workdays)
  • Discounts and the full settlement of medicines, healthcare devices and other medical treatment which is not covered by the health insurance company and which we consider to be of benefit to the client
  • The organisation of the transportation of the program participant to the healthcare facility by ambulance on the basis of the attending physician’s instructions
  • Hospitalisation at the Na Homolce Hospital or at other contractual healthcare facilities, if necessary
  • A reception service at the Na Homolce Hospital, assistance according to the client’s requirements, regular visits by the receptionist during the period of hospitalisation 
  • Hospitalisation in a non-standard room in hospitals throughout the entire Czech Republic free of charge (10 days a year)
  • Extended vaccination, vaccination when the program participant travels abroad or if it should be otherwise necessary (the treatment and vaccination free of charge)
  • The offer of 8 therapies from a physiotherapist for ½ a year free of charge
  • Basic dental hygiene treatment 1x per year free of charge
  • The offer of free genetic testing (annual updates based on the latest medical research)
  • Consultancy in the area of dietology and a healthy diet
  • Parking in the polyclinic’s own car park, parking at the Na Homolce Hospital within the framework of outpatient treatment 
  • A voucher for the Garnet Program services for 3 months for a family member (1x a year)
  • The one-off examination of a family member in acute cases
